Portal Operations
Operational signals from the last 24 hours. Profile, location, and device values are exact UUIDs from the authorized telemetry summary; this view does not infer identities or expose event payloads.
Portal Operations
Global limits for paid and abuse-sensitive requests. Capacity is the burst size; refill tokens return during each interval. Saving resets current buckets for that exact policy and writes an audit entry.
Portal Operations
Internal control design and operating-evidence tracker. It is not a SOC 2 compliance claim or an auditor substitute.
CRM Import / Staging
Upload the complete, untouched MV Opportunities in All Stages export. Preview validates the workbook without changing portal data. Apply uses the same exact file to update SSH opportunities and MSGT.
Salesforce status mappings
Which portal status each Salesforce Stage and Forecast Category pair imports as.
Salesforce status mappings
Which portal status each Salesforce Stage and Forecast Category pair imports as.
Every imported opportunity takes its portal status from its exact Stage and Forecast Category pair, matched letter for letter (capitals count). A pair with no active mapping imports marked for review. A pair can have only one active status. Changes are used by the next Salesforce upload; uploading a file that was already imported changes nothing, so import a newer export.
What each portal status means
Portal Admin
New people receive a Supabase invitation. Active-state changes coordinate the database and exact Auth user; failed operations show a reusable operation ID for recovery.

Identity, access, assigned location, and mileage address readiness.

Sign-in email
Changes the email this person signs in with and their portal email together. Use their current work email. Their password stays the same and nobody is emailed, so tell them yourself.
Other Salesforce emails
If Salesforce still sends an older email for this person (for example from before a name change), link it here so their imported opportunities still match them. Their portal sign-in email does not change. Only people who manage Salesforce imports see this.

Closet Inventory
The one place Inventory settings are maintained. Closet Inventory reads everything saved here, and Drawer Capacity reads the drawer heights and drawer calculator assumptions. Export a CSV before large edits so the settings can be restored.
Space types
Each row keeps a permanent ID. Edit the display label, or the behavior role of a new row; labels never decide identity.

Preview only. The inventory type list and its space type ticks decide these rows.

Choose Generic only when a new row does not use one of the reserved built-in behaviors.
Drawers and other assumptions

Estimated drawer stack height = drawer heights + toe height + (3/4 in minus overlay) x 2 + vertical spacing x drawer count.

Vendor identity is maintained here but is never shown to designers. Select every exact material color for which this source style is available.
Style images and report placement
Maintain front, drawer-front, profile, swatch, or combined views once per exact vendor source. Inclusion controls determine where each view appears.
